Jose R. Garcia, MD graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1976 and has been practicing medicine continually since then. Since 2005, Dr. Garcia has limited his practice to caring for the elderly and disabled at their place of residence. His goal is to provide as many health care services as possible in the home setting, provide 24 hour coverage for his patients, and to ensure  that they never run out of their medicines.
